I'm Naasir Bush, a technology leader in the making — blending over a decade of hands-on web development expertise with a clear focus on leadership, team development, and organizational growth.
While my roots are in frontend development, my passion lies beyond the code — in building high-performing teams, driving technical strategy, and mentoring the next generation of developers and leaders.

My career began in the trenches of code, working my way up to Senior Frontend Developer. Along the way, I discovered something even more fulfilling than writing clean code — empowering people. I've led teams through challenging projects, built collaborative processes from the ground up, and coached developers to grow both technically and professionally.
Now, with an MBA in IT Management and ongoing studies in Leadership & Management, I'm positioning myself for the next step: a formal management role with a long-term goal of becoming a CTO.
